The Merchant commits to the pre-determined period of this agreement from the date of activation.
The initial membership will automatically renew at the end of each commitment period.
The merchant may terminate its Agreement by sending an email to info@descriptionaries.com
providing 30 days notice of termination.
This Agreement will remain in full force until the end of the Notice Period.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
You acknowledge and agree that Descriptionaries shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods orservices available on or through any such third party web sites or services.
Limitation Of Liability
