By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including dealership owners, authorized representatives, and visitors.

1. Service Commitment & Renewal
By activating a Descriptionaries subscription, the merchant commits to the full duration of the initial agreement period. Unless cancelled with proper notice, the membership will automatically renew at the end of each commitment term.
Cancellation Policy

The merchant may cancel the Service by emailing info@descriptionaries.com with 30 days written notice.
The Agreement remains in effect and active until the end of the notice period.

2. Account Access & Security
Login credentials are provided solely for the dealership owner or a designated representative explicitly approved by Descriptionaries.

Sharing account login information with unauthorized users including employees, partners, or third parties — is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to monitor account activity.
If we detect account sharing or misuse, we may suspend or cancel access to the Service immediately, without refund.
Keeping your account secure helps us maintain a fair and consistent service for all users.

3. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

4. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
You acknowledge that Descriptionaries is not responsible or liable for any content, services, or goods accessed through third-party websites or platforms, even if linked through our Service.

5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Descriptionaries, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or related to:

• Your access or use of (or inability to use) the Service

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

• Any content obtained through the Service

• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
   

This applies regardless of legal theory and even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
By continuing to use the Service after updates, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not accept the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
